We also have two kids that are younger who obviously fit, too.
We've taken it to Disneyland twice and it's always worked great.

lightweight double stroller, May 19, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Lightweight Double Umbrella Stroller By Lmntree (Baby Product) I like the fact that this stroller is lightweight. i felt it was a little pricey for it's type but was willing to pay provided it was well made. it does not feel very durable and one wheel became damaged only after using it a couple of times. i expected better. its ok.

My guess is that they get away with it because it is a double, and double umbrella strollers are hard to come by. It is nice, easy to fold up and open and lightweight. I use this stroller more frequently than my double jogger. However, this stroller is NOT god for grassy areas nor rocky/bumpy terrain. That being said, this is great for quick trips to the store. Although, we all know that nothing is "quick" with twins! :)
